Junior Web Developer

Logonet Sp. z o. o. serves over 700 clients and has been developing web applications and providing knowledge for demanding companies and public institutions for nearly 30 years. Their applications include systems for managing scholarship applications, competitions for NGOs, participatory budgeting voting, university portals, internal systems, and Public Information Bulletins. They collaborate with clients such as the Marshal's Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw, Poznan University of Technology, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, and cities like Dabrowa Gornicza, Bydgoszcz, and Wroclaw. They support access to public information, local initiatives development, and digitization of public administration accessible to all.

• Minimum two years of professional experience with HTML/CSS/JS
• Minimum two years of professional experience building websites and custom templates in WordPress
• Minimum two years of professional experience building or co-creating database applications
• Understanding of digital accessibility principles (WCAG) and ability to implement them
• Use of AI tools assisting in coding work
• Work onsite in the office in Bydgoszcz

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing and maintaining web applications for public sector clients
• Experience working with PHP and Symfony framework applications
• Higher education in IT or currently studying

• Customize and build new, fully digitally accessible websites and web applications
• Develop new and expand proprietary web applications for public finance sector units (local government units, institutions, companies, universities, research institutes, healthcare) and companies
• Influence development directions and build IT product offerings within agile team work
• Optimize performance of created solutions
• Analyze technical project assumptions for key clients
• Collaborate with team members in analyzing, planning, and creating solutions for clients

Work onsite in the office in Bydgoszcz is required.
