ERP Data Analyst

Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT specialists, based on self-employment (B2B), executing projects for clients conducting innovative and modern ventures. The client is one of the largest non-food retailers in Europe, with a strong market position and dynamic expansion.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data migration, data stewardship, data quality, or data governance
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with processes supported by SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP (MM, SD, FI/CO, Inventory)
• Participation in at least one full ERP implementation with end-to-end responsibility for data migration
• Practical experience with migration tools (e.g., SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, SAP Data Services, ETL)
• Experience in validating and reconciling data post-migration
• Higher education (preferred fields: computer science, information systems, management, data analysis, or related)
• Knowledge of data structures and data lifecycle
• Ability to read data models and mapping rules
• Knowledge of analytical tools (Excel, Power Query, SQL, Access)
• Analytical and process thinking
• Ability to collaborate with business and IT
• Very good command of English

• Analyze data quality in areas such as master data, transactional data, inventory, and finance (open items)
• Prepare, clean, transform, and enrich data for migration
• Map data between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA (value mapping, harmonization, deduplication)
• Extract, profile, and validate data using tools, queries, and scripts
• Collaborate with process owners, data domain leaders, and IT teams
• Identify risks and inconsistencies in data and recommend improvements
• Participate in migration cycles (mock loads, SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare)
• Validate migration results and reconcile data between systems
• Co-create data quality rules and data object documentation
• Support implementation of migration tools (e.g., SAP Migration Cockpit, ETL)
• Build awareness regarding data standards and data quality KPIs
