D365 Finance and Operations – Solution Architect

• At least 6 years of relevant experience working in D365 Finance and Operations or previous related products
• Experience in a lead position in at least 4 full life cycle implementations in D365 modules
• Experience managing a team of technical people in the relevant area
• Experience in a key client-facing delivery role
• Master’s degree in financial or equivalent education

Nice to have:

• German or French language skills
• X++ programming skills
• MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA qualifications

• Pre-sales activities including presenting the product and its potential, developing the solution concept, and engaging with stakeholders
• Managing the implementation process in subsequent phases
• Collaborating with and expanding a team of D365 Finance and Operations experts
• Overseeing requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
• Running client design reviews and discussions from offering to actual delivery
• Collaborating with technical or functional consultants working on various projects
• Acting as the ultimate expert in mapping client requirements against General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Logistics, and Manufacturing areas
• Interpreting functional requirements from onsite and delivering and designing solutions from offshore
• Handling Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap analysis, Training, and Testing sessions
• Assisting business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs
• Preparing test scripts and test cases
