Junior Business Analyst

• 1-2 years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles
• Knowledge of requirements analysis, user story preparation, and backlog refinement
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration among product, technical, and delivery teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Capability to work effectively under pressure in high-tempo environments
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work late hours to coordinate with customers
• Ability to remain productive and resilient under pressure
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Participate in discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Document end-to-end flows across services and cross-dependencies
• Create and maintain Business Analysis artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specification documents
• Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure clear and consistent requirements
• Support backlog management and prioritization efforts
• Contribute to backlog refinement and clarification in alignment with project goals
• Assist in documentation for existing project streams as needed
• Communicate risks, gaps, and dependencies to the Delivery Manager
