• Minimum 3 years of experience in application testing
• Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• High attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with test management tools
• Practical knowledge of functional testing
• Experience in hardware diagnostics
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (partially in office)

• Designing, documenting, and maintaining test plans and test suites ensuring full coverage of functional requirements
• Active participation in technical refinements including requirements analysis, identification of edge cases, and defining acceptance criteria
• Analyzing and interpreting data in JSON and XML formats
• Identifying and communicating project risks to the team leader or project manager
• Ensuring software quality by applying good practices and processes
• Coordinating the testing process at various project stages
• Estimating time, complexity, and dependencies of project tasks
