Manual Tester - Business Processes

Currently, we are looking for Manual Tester to join one of our teams delivering projects for a client from the banking sector.

• at least 4 years of experience as a Manual Tester
• experience in business process testing
• practical knowledge of BPMN and UML
• experience on projects in the banking or financial sector
• ability to analyze requirements and prepare test documentation
• understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• experience working with Jira and Confluence
• familiarity with test levels and the concept of the test pyramid
• use of ISTQB terminology in practice
• self-reliant, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills
• effective communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• knowledge of databases and basic SQL
• basic knowledge of test automation (e.g. Java, Selenium WebDriver)
• experience with CI/CD tools and processes
• experience in mobile application testing
• ISTQB certification

• design and prepare test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and process documentation
• execute manual tests of IT systems, including functional, integration, and regression testing
• perform business process testing based on BPMN and UML models
• analyze business and technical documentation
• report, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira
• report test results and cooperate with the project team to clarify and resolve issues
• work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders on the client side
• participate in projects delivered in Agile / Scrum methodologies
