Java Developer

IIG is a team of experts working on various projects with institutions such as the Ministry of Finance, Polish Volleyball Federation, Central IT Center, National Cloud Operator, and Ministry of Justice.

• Minimum 5 years of experience programming in Java and practical knowledge of Spring Boot
• Experience with messaging solutions such as Kafka or IBM MQ and batch processing
• Experience working with Guidewire, SAP, or other core insurance solutions
• Familiarity with modern architectures such as microservices, modular monolith, and SOA
• Experience in system integration using ESB, API Gateway, REST, and SOAP
• Knowledge of relational databases, especially Oracle or PostgreSQL, and large transactional systems
• Ability to develop and modernize existing systems integrating them with modern solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects for the financial or insurance industry

• Development and maintenance of backend services in an Enterprise environment
• Integration with core systems (Guidewire, SAP, internal systems)
• Designing APIs and integration layers
• Maintaining high quality, security, and compliance of systems
• Collaboration with architects and domain teams
