Product Owner - Financial Analytics

• Proven experience in a senior data or analytics leadership role, ideally within financial services or fintech.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and instruments including trading workflows and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of AML/Compliance reporting requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.

• Lead the Financial Analytics team in delivering automated and scalable reporting solutions in Trading and Dealing, Compliance and AML, Finance.
• Regularly review existing processes to identify optimisation opportunities and reduce manual work.
• Ensure regulatory deadlines are met with accurate, auditable outputs.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other Technology teams to align on data needs and system integration.
• Own the roadmap for reporting automation focusing on reducing manual processes and increasing reliability.
• Proactively monitor and plan for source system changes and new product launches, ensuring timely adaptation of data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Contribute to the overall data strategy within the company and represent the team in cross-functional initiatives.
