Senior Software Engineer (Go)

Exadel is an AI-first global tech company with over 25 years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects serving Fortune 500 clients such as HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks. The role involves working on a long-term global project for a leading European home and living e-commerce company, building a new Product Data Onboarding Platform from the ground up.

• 4+ years of professional experience in Go (Golang)
• 8+ years in general web development
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable services and APIs for complex web applications
• Comfortable with cloud-based infrastructure, ideally Azure, and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC)
• Collaborative team player thriving in cross-functional environments

Nice to have:

• Experience in leading and supporting teams to drive collaborative delivery and shared success

• Manage the development of robust, Tier-1 backend services using Go to power the Master Data Platform
• Take end-to-end responsibility from concept and RFC to implementation, testing, and monitoring
• Collaborate with Frontend teams to build high-efficiency APIs for smooth integration
• Utilize AI tools like ClaudeCode/Codex to focus on complex architectural problems
• Write clean, testable code and promote technical excellence through discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
