• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience leading frontend or product engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and large-scale application delivery.
• Solid knowledge of how AI/ML features translate into user-facing interfaces.

Nice to have:

• Experience with A/B testing, user research, open-source contributions, distributed collaboration, or accessibility standards.

• Leading and developing a team of front-end engineers and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality AI product experiences.
• Driving the design, development, and iteration of Neo’s user interface and end-to-end user experience.
• Ensuring and maintaining strong UI/UX standards, accessibility, and design consistency across the platform.
• Overseeing frontend architecture to guarantee scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborating closely with product, AI/ML, cloud, and change teams to translate business needs into user-centric features.
