UX/UI Delivery Manager

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience coordinating UI/UX delivery in digital or product-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, design systems, and UX workflow governance.
• Hands-on experience with modern design tools such as Figma (components, libraries, prototypes) and UX documentation standards.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, change and communication teams to translate UX requirements into clear deliverables.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple parallel design workstreams.

• Coordinating and planning all UI/UX activities linked to new features entering the platform.
• Ensuring consistency and quality of UX deliverables (flows, wireframes, prototypes, user journeys) across all Neo interfaces.
• Translating feature intake items into clear UX requirements and actionable design workstreams.
• Structuring the design-to-delivery workflow, ensuring smooth collaboration with engineering teams.
• Leveraging feedback loops to refine UX decisions and support continuous improvement of the platform experience.
