Junior PMO Specialist (Sales & FinTech)

The role is focused on supporting project processes (PMO) within sales and FinTech sectors, involving coordination, standardization, and project support activities.

• Higher education or final year student, preferably in Management, Economics, Finance, Banking, or technical fields
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (creating clear project status reports)
• Quick adaptation to IT tools
• Organizational skills and meticulousness to maintain documentation order and deadlines
• Communication skills and personal culture to act as a team liaison with clear and proactive communication
• Analytical approach to draw conclusions from data and identify inconsistencies in reports
• Resilience to change and stress
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Basic knowledge of IT project life cycle and initial experience in office, administrative work, or student organizations is a plus

• Support operational coordination of daily work rhythm, ensuring information flow and overseeing follow-up on decisions
• Monitor and support sales processes, including active participation in forecasting and tracking sales team goals
• Prepare management reports and analyses, creating professional business materials, summaries, and presentations for regular status meetings
• Manage sales documentation and data, ensuring data accuracy in internal systems and overseeing commercial documentation flow in Banking
• Optimize unit work standards by identifying communication and sales support process bottlenecks and implementing operational improvements
