The Tech division consists of over 400 people working in Engineering, Data, and Product teams responsible for building the product for all locations.
Wymagania
- Fluency in English.
- 6+ years of experience in Product Design with a track record of leading successful design projects.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma and AI-first workflows using Claude, Gemini, Stitch, or other AI agents.
- Strategic thinking with ability to drive product vision and design strategy autonomously.
- Strong experience in hypothesis generation, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.
- Leadership experience collaborating with product management, research, engineering, and data analysis teams.
- Experience working with data, business KPIs, and success metrics to align design efforts with company goals.
- Deep understanding of systems thinking and component-based design principles.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Skilled in giving and receiving feedback.
- Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Growth mindset and passion for learning.
- Portfolio featuring examples of design work and problem-solving skills.
Obowiązki
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to align on strategic goals and ensure successful execution of design solutions across the organization.
- Drive the design vision and strategy, iterating on solutions based on user insights, data analysis, and market trends.
- Build multichannel solutions integrating desktop, web, and mobile touch points.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles, embedding empathy and user research in product development.
- Collaborate with Platform Designers to guide the evolution of the Design System, Watson, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Stay updated on AI and technology trends to integrate new tools and approaches enhancing user experience.
- Lead design research processes including user testing and usability studies to validate design decisions.
- Champion and shape the company's design culture fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and creativity.
