Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular)

XTB is a global company from the financial industry, focusing on online trading of financial instruments. It is the largest FinTech in Poland and a leader in Central and Eastern Europe, operating in several countries including Asia and South America. The Customer Care team supports post-onboarding processes for clients and develops an ecosystem of AI-based solutions, internal AML and anti-fraud systems, and a central Customer Database. The team works in quarterly cycles based on defined goals and KPIs.

• Strong experience in building Java-based microservices with understanding of scalability and performance.
• Commercial experience with Angular framework and solid knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
• Ability to deliver according to requirements and deadlines.
• Ownership and proactivity in task management.
