Junior Data Operations Specialist

We are looking for Junior Specialists to join a growing Data Authority team. In this role, you will support the initial stages of client account creation, ensuring that all data is complete and accurate. Your work is critical to guarantee that clients receive correct reports and information.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and systematic working style
• Strong communication skills, motivation, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• English at C1 level (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

• Create and set up client accounts in internal systems
• Verify completeness and accuracy of client data before account creation
• Communicate with external providers to ensure accounts are correctly created on their side
• Support investigations and collaborate with other teams
• Perform tasks systematically and in accordance with team procedures
