Wymagania
- 4+ years of experience in IT project or product management
- Strong experience in client-facing roles with full ownership of communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize effectively
- Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and classic methodologies, with the ability to adapt them to the project context
- Ability to assess project specifics (complexity, scale, uncertainty) and adjust the approach accordingly
- Fluency with modern AI tools and the ability to use them in delivery workflows
- Confidence in handling difficult conversations and communicating risks, challenges, and decisions clearly
- Strong communication skills and a mature, professional approach to client and team collaboration
- Very good command of English (daily client communication)
Nice to have:
- Experience with discovery, workshops, or shaping product direction
- Exposure to presales or early project phases
- Experience working in software houses or agencies with multiple parallel clients
- Ability to balance delivery quality, client satisfaction, and budget considerations
Obowiązki
- Manage the development of IT products across their full lifecycle
- Work with clients from all over the world and build long-term relationships
- Lead discovery processes and influence product direction when needed
- Take full ownership of project delivery, selecting tools and techniques that fit the situation
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of development teams
- Keep stakeholders up to date on progress, risks, and changes
- Ensure delivered solutions match real business needs
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously (typically 2–5)
- Identify risks early and communicate them clearly – even when conversations are difficult
- Openness to occasional business trips and in-person client meetings
- Solve everyday challenges and support the team with your experience
