Product Operations Manager (POps Mobile)

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. The company has a team of 1,300 employees and operates in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent English (C1) to communicate with app store representatives and global teams
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all app releases meet technical and compliance standards
• Experience with KYB and corporate compliance requirements

Nice to have:

• Understanding of the iGaming industry
• Previous experience in mobile app development or publishing

• Creating and maintaining mobile store accounts (App Store and Google Play)
• Publishing new app updates to stores
• Working with mobile store update rejections, including appealing to store rejections and ensuring necessary changes are made within an app or mobile store settings
• Checking and working with incoming mobile store notifications such as changes in store policies and new requirements for apps
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Compliance, and Support teams to maintain efficient processes and regulatory compliance
