Junior Business Development Manager

Kablonex Sp. z o.o. is a family-owned business established in 1971, specializing in the production of plastic packaging. The company employs over 120 people and serves both domestic and large international corporations. It operates with Integrated Management Systems ISO and the International Food Safety Standard BRC, focusing on building long-term partnerships with clients. The company is expanding its sales structures and seeks to develop domestic and international markets.

• Good knowledge of English and/or German (fluent business communication)
• Being open, communicative, and well-organized
• Ability to build relationships and enjoy contact with people
• Ability to work independently and well in a team
• Engagement and willingness to develop in international sales

Nice to have:

• Experience in B2B sales or in the production/packaging industry

• Actively searching for and establishing contacts with new B2B clients
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with business partners
• Preparing commercial offers tailored to client needs
• Co-creating and implementing sales development strategies
• Conducting sales negotiations
• Analyzing the market, monitoring competitors' activities, and identifying new development opportunities
• Collaborating with production, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Representing the company at trade fairs and industry meetings
• Communicating with clients in English and/or German
