Wymagania

  • Experience in Business Systems / Applications Management / Integration roles
  • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM environments (SAP + Salesforce is a strong advantage)
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end business processes
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong process mindset with ability to simplify and improve operations
  • Ownership-driven, pragmatic and business-oriented approach
  • Comfortable operating in an international matrix organization

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with SAP and Salesforce integrations
  • Exposure to Field Service Management platforms or service operations processes
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial or product-based environments
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, new entity onboarding or rapid business growth scenarios
  • Understanding of reporting, master data governance and data quality topics
  • Experience working with external implementation partners or system vendors
  • Basic functional knowledge of Salesforce administration or configuration
  • Familiarity with middleware / integration tools (API, ETL, iPaaS platforms)
  • German language skills would be an advantage
  • Experience in international matrix organizations

Obowiązki

  • Ownership and continuous improvement of business processes across Sales, Marketing, Service, Logistics, Production, Finance and Controlling
  • Connecting and structuring processes between ERP, CRM, Field Service Management and external systems
  • Ensuring smooth integrations, data consistency and scalable systems landscape
  • Acting as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
  • Gathering and translating business requirements into practical system solutions
  • Leading projects related to systems improvements, integrations and process optimization
  • Supporting governance, reporting quality, compliance and operational efficiency
  • Helping newly acquired or growing business entities scale in a structured way
