Wymagania
- Experience in Business Systems / Applications Management / Integration roles
- Strong understanding of ERP and CRM environments (SAP + Salesforce is a strong advantage)
- Good knowledge of end-to-end business processes
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong process mindset with ability to simplify and improve operations
- Ownership-driven, pragmatic and business-oriented approach
- Comfortable operating in an international matrix organization
Nice to have:
- Experience working with SAP and Salesforce integrations
- Exposure to Field Service Management platforms or service operations processes
- Background in manufacturing, industrial or product-based environments
- Experience supporting acquisitions, new entity onboarding or rapid business growth scenarios
- Understanding of reporting, master data governance and data quality topics
- Experience working with external implementation partners or system vendors
- Basic functional knowledge of Salesforce administration or configuration
- Familiarity with middleware / integration tools (API, ETL, iPaaS platforms)
- German language skills would be an advantage
- Experience in international matrix organizations
Obowiązki
- Ownership and continuous improvement of business processes across Sales, Marketing, Service, Logistics, Production, Finance and Controlling
- Connecting and structuring processes between ERP, CRM, Field Service Management and external systems
- Ensuring smooth integrations, data consistency and scalable systems landscape
- Acting as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
- Gathering and translating business requirements into practical system solutions
- Leading projects related to systems improvements, integrations and process optimization
- Supporting governance, reporting quality, compliance and operational efficiency
- Helping newly acquired or growing business entities scale in a structured way
