• Gaming QA experience with a gaming studio
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and/or Android OS development
• Experience with software development tools such as debuggers, source code control systems (GitHub), and profilers is a plus
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong object-oriented programming background, C/C++ preferred
• Ability to write high-quality code with keen attention to detail
• Experience with modern concurrent programming and threading APIs
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, or equivalent related technical discipline
• Foundational Python programming skills
• Passion for graphics technology and AI
• Leadership skills to drive sophisticated issues to resolution
• Commitment to continuous learning

• Test and verify compatibility and performance of 3D games on AMD's Radeon graphics and Ryzen CPUs
• Perform validation and QA testing of key features: FSR SDK, FSR Upscaling, FSR Frame Generation, FSR Ray Regeneration, and future AI/ML FSR technologies
• Collaborate with AMD research specialists to improve future products
• Apply a data-minded approach to target optimization efforts
• Stay informed of software and hardware trends, especially algorithms and architecture
• Debug and fix existing issues and research more efficient methods
• Develop technical relationships with peers and partners
• Create and maintain automated integration tests and validation CI/CD workflows to ensure visual quality, non-regression, stability, and performance across features, models, driver versions, OSes, and graphics hardware
