Intern RPA Developer (UiPath)

• Fluent communication in Polish and good command of English
• Second- or third-year student in IT or RPA knowledge with desire to grow
• Strong logical thinking and solid basic mathematical skills
• Understanding of algorithms, programming fundamentals, and code repositories
• Interest in or initial experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or similar platforms
• Understanding of business processes and methods for describing them
• Familiarity or curiosity about process measurement and optimization (e.g., Six Sigma, CMMI)
• Basic knowledge of system integrations or willingness to build it

• Design and develop automation workflows in UiPath based on defined specifications
• Test, validate, and optimize implemented automation solutions
• Support process documentation and the preparation of analytical materials
• Take part in project meetings and discussions related to automation initiatives
• Continuously develop skills in RPA, system integrations, and process analysis
