VIVIVO GAMES develops a 3D portal lobby in the browser that serves as a "library of trust" with features such as onboarding, league ladder, matchmaking screen with live counter, replay viewer with three cameras, and Unity WebGL embed bridge. The project emphasizes 3D as a fundamental part of the user experience and economic model, integrating compliance frameworks like GDPR-aware analytics and age gating.

• 4+ years of React experience (Hooks-first preferred).
• 1+ year of production experience with React Three Fiber or Three.js with shipped code.
• Experience with Next.js 14 App Router (RSC, streaming, error boundaries).
• Senior-level TypeScript skills.
• Performance optimization experience (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
• Tech-lead experience.

Nice to have:

• Unity WebGL embedding.
• WebSocket/SSE.
• Vercel Edge.
• Motion design portfolio.

• Full ownership of the lobby layer including 3D portal, 4-step onboarding, player profile, league ladder, matchmaking screen with animated live counter, replay viewer (three cameras, scrubbing, slow-motion), and Unity WebGL embed bridge.
• Design system development as a "library of trust".
• Scaling the Frontend team.
