Global Key User Customer Service

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience with SAP SD, ideally as a key user, consultant, or process specialist in an international environment
• Experience in conducting SAP training sessions
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and end-to-end process understanding
• Very good English and Polish language skills, German is a plus

• Responsibility for the international standardization of Order-to-Cash processes within the SAP system landscape
• Optimization and further development of global processes, system functionalities, and user-friendliness in cases of inefficient software usage
• Evaluation of new SAP solutions and functionalities to achieve sustainable efficiency improvements
• Planning, execution, and follow-up of training sessions for local key users and end users
• Maintenance and creation of master data in an international context
• Support in data migrations and data transfers within project environments
• Creation of requirements documentation; review and validation of SAP change requests, including tracking and team-oriented communication
• Participation in the implementation of global KPIs within the Order-to-Cash process
• Close collaboration with international production sites, departments, and key users to ensure a consistent understanding of processes
