Lead/ Senior BI Developer

Oversee is a company focused on reimagining corporate travel management by replacing outdated manual processes with cutting-edge technology and machine learning solutions. They provide travel analytics and actionable insights to global enterprises, enabling cost savings, efficiency, and smarter decisions. The company is experiencing exponential year-over-year revenue growth and partners with some of the world's largest Fortune 500 companies.

• 6+ years in BI/Data Engineering with experience building pipelines, not just dashboards
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills for ETL/ELT workflows
• Solid experience with data warehouse architecture and data modeling (Snowflake, dbt, or similar)
• 5+ years building Power BI solutions end-to-end, from data layer to polished, business-ready dashboards
• Strong grasp of data quality, governance, and best practices across the full data stack
• Comfortable with version control, CI/CD, and deployment processes in a data context
• Business-driven mindset connecting data infrastructure to real outcomes
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tooling to improve productivity across the data stack (ETL, analysis, documentation, testing, etc.)

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related analytical field
• Experience with Power BI Embedded
• A sharp eye for dashboard UI/UX, understanding the difference between a report and an insight
• Prior experience in a tech lead or mentorship capacity

• Be a key part of the product data development journey
• Design, build, and maintain BI solutions that power decision-making across Oversee
• Take ownership of parts of the data warehouse, from planning the architecture to hands-on implementation
• Partner directly with product and business teams to understand needs, recommend solutions, and deliver them end-to-end
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI that tell a clear story and drive action
