Senior AI-Powered Software Engineer

For our client, we are looking for a driven AI-Powered Software Engineer to help bridge the gap between where they are and where they’re going. You’ll play a key role in managing a massive, multifaceted publishing platform, keeping legacy systems stable while actively architecting the shift toward a scalable, modern environment.

• Senior Developer with 4+ years of experience prioritizing system design over syntax.
• Technical maturity to recognize high-quality architecture and AI proficiency to implement it rapidly.
• "AI-first" developer with experience integrating tools like Cursor into daily development.
• Deep conceptual knowledge of C#.NET, Vue.js, and APIs.
• Understanding of fundamentals of SQL, NoSQL, and Graph databases to leverage AI for data management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical reality and mentor the team through clear communication.
• Hybrid role based in Warsaw (3 days in-office).

• Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to speed up feature delivery and refactor complex legacy systems without sacrificing quality.

Full-Stack Expertise:

• Develop robust backend solutions in .NET paired with modern, reactive TypeScript/Vue 3 front-ends.

• Participate in bi-weekly sprints, daily deployments, and proactive performance monitoring to maintain high system reliability.
