Senior Salesforce Application Administrator (CPQ)

Relativity is seeking a Senior Salesforce Application Administrator – CPQ to own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and scalability of their Salesforce CPQ platform. This role is part of the Financial Applications team and involves collaboration with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and other technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions and maintain platform health.

• 3+ years of experience with full-cycle Salesforce CPQ design and development in production.
• 3+ years of experience developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud including automation and configuration.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce CPQ features including product/bundle setup, Product Rules, Price Rules, discounting, renewals/amendments, and Advanced Approvals.
• Strong understanding of SaaS quote-to-cash processes and impact on downstream systems such as Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, Workday Financials.
• Experience building and maintaining complex automation using Flows and CPQ tooling; working knowledge of SOQL and Quote Calculator Plugin.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and prioritization skills balancing project delivery with daily support.
• Experience supporting mid-size to large organizations (e.g., 500+ employees) and various internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator and Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce orgs with large user populations (500+ active users) and complex processes.
• Experience with billing/subscription platform integrations such as Zuora.
• Experience with deployment and release tooling including Prodly; familiarity with data quality tools like Data Loader.
• Experience using Jira or similar tools for project delivery and operational support.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, or usage-based pricing models.
• Experience creating training, enablement content, and governance processes for admin teams.

• Collaborate with Financial Applications administrators, Salesforce admins, developers/engineers, and technical analysts on solution design, release readiness, and platform standards.
• Participate in CPQ and pricing/packaging roadmap planning, evaluating tradeoffs, identifying risks, and recommending scalable platform approaches.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrators, including peer reviews and best-practice coaching.
• Lead CPQ solution design for new pricing initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable configurations.
• Administer and enhance Salesforce CPQ including product catalog, bundles, pricing, renewals/amendments, and Advanced Approvals.
• Build and maintain scalable products and pricing/packaging models for accurate quoting and clean downstream order/billing.
• Design and implement complex automation and calculations using Price Rules, Product Rules, Quote Calculator Plugin, and Flows.
• Design CPQ solutions with awareness of downstream systems and integrations, partnering with integration owners.
• Manage CPQ delivery lifecycle for project-based work including intake, design, documentation, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Support delivery practices including work intake and tracking (e.g., Jira) and deployment processes (e.g., Prodly).
• Provide daily CPQ administration and internal user support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and address platform health.
• Create and maintain CPQ documentation and communicate changes to internal teams.
• Serve as CPQ and quote-to-cash subject-matter expert collaborating across multiple departments.
• Ensure security and compliance including profiles/permission sets, field-level security, audit readiness, and data handling standards.
