Business & Market Intelligence Analyst

An international professional services organization is expanding its analytical function supporting strategic decision-making at a global level.

• Experience in market research, competitive intelligence, business analysis, or similar roles
• Fluent English (C1/C2)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into insights
• Experience working with financial/market databases (e.g. Bloomberg, PitchBook, Capital IQ, Refinitiv or similar)
• Ability to create clear reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Experience in consulting, banking, SSC, or professional services environment is a strong advantage
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Conduct market and competitive intelligence analysis (benchmarking, positioning, trends)
• Analyse industry developments and identify growth opportunities across key sectors (e.g. M&A, technology, energy, ESG)
• Perform client analytics, including revenue trends, client behaviour, and growth potential
• Prepare structured reports, insights, and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Support Business Development and Marketing teams with data-driven insights for strategic initiatives and client pitches
• Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools tracking market trends, competitor activity, and client performance
• Work with multiple data sources (e.g. Bloomberg, PitchBook, Capital IQ, Refinitiv) to gather and validate information
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
• Contribute to the development of market intelligence capabilities, tools, and best practices
