Head of Engineering

• Experience running engineering at scale with real product in production and measurable impact.
• End-to-end accountability from roadmap to client experience.
• Technical credibility to review code and architectural decisions.

• Comfortable with commercial realities including client escalations and board reviews.
• AI-native with a position on how AI changes engineering and acting on it.
• Experience with .NET, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Azure, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.

• Run Meniga’s engineering organisation of 27 engineers across five teams with real ownership and clients.
• Be accountable end-to-end from operation and execution to what lands at the client.
• Carry individual contributor weight alongside team leads during the first months.
• Lead a real-scale transformation running in parallel with active client delivery at European-scale banks.
• Own engineering delivery end-to-end from roadmap commitment to production at the bank.
• Take targets seriously, find ways to meet them, and remove blockers without escalating.
• Make the transformation happen technically and be accountable for the result.
• Build an engineering organisation capable of handling regulated clients, on-premises constraints, and high-stakes delivery.
• Hire and grow people to handle the engineering reality.
• Partner with CTO, Product, and Commercial teams to translate business commitments into engineering execution.
• Represent engineering in client escalations and board reviews.
• Embed AI across the SDLC including coding, testing, and workflows aiming for full automation.
