• Strong experience in C#/.NET with real experience in database-heavy systems.
• Experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Business-minded approach with understanding of client stakes and collaboration with Product and Commercial teams.
• Ability to work effectively under constraints, especially in on-premises bank environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools as a natural part of work (e.g., Cursor & Claude Code).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm Charts.
• Python programming skills.
• Experience in the fintech industry.

• Own the squad end-to-end including delivery, quality, and client relationships around your services.
• Co-own the squad backlog and help shape direction aligned with the company’s vision.
• Write code and lead people by making technical decisions, architecture calls, and growing engineers.
• Act as the engineering face to clients by joining client calls, understanding their needs, and translating them into deliverables.
• Remove blockers, make decisions when there is no consensus, and take accountability for production outcomes.
