Mid Graphic Designer

Link Group is hiring a Mid Graphic Designer to create and refine graphic assets primarily for external communication, including social media content, website materials, marketing collateral, corporate reports, and financial communication.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of PowerPoint, especially for presentations to senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience working with brand guidelines and template systems
• High attention to detail (layout, typography, visual consistency)
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and business stakeholders
• Very good command of English (minimum C1 level)
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under time pressure

Nice to have:

• Experience designing social media content in a corporate environment
• Basic knowledge of motion/video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Creating graphic materials (digital and print) such as social media posts and carousels, banners, infographics, presentations, simple animations, and video materials
• Working with existing templates and brand guidelines ensuring visual consistency
• Preparing and optimizing PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with content, social media, and web teams on project execution
• Efficiently implementing feedback and iteratively refining materials
• Supporting the team on projects requiring quick turnaround
• Maintaining quality, consistency, and brand compliance of materials
• Organizing files and assets (naming, versioning)
• Proposing improvements in templates, processes, and work organization
