(Fluent English) Cloud Support Engineer (Global, remotely)

The company operates globally, supporting clients in 60 languages across diverse industries.

• Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• At least 1–2 years of proven experience in a Technical Support role
• Experience as Cloud Support Engineer
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline
• AWS certificate

• Deliver outstanding technical support via emails and phone calls
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Provide technical support with networking and cloud products
• Escalate incidents clearly, including impact, timeline, and reproduction steps
• Ensure smooth troubleshooting for customer events while working closely with internal teams
