AI Analyst

RITS Software House is part of the dynamically developing RITS Group, operating in the Polish and international IT market, focusing on combining technology with creative problem-solving.

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and skills in designing and optimizing models.
• Basic knowledge of data engineering and data exploration.
• Understanding of key system and business metrics in the context of ML.
• Basic knowledge of databases.
• Knowledge of LLM, RAG, MCP, and AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization in systems.
• Experience in system and business analysis.
• English language proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience working in Scrum teams.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of ML system architecture.
• Knowledge of languages and libraries such as Python, kfp, boto3, kafka-python-ng, Kedro, Scala, Spark, Kafka, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with DevOps infrastructure and tools: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Kubeflow, Git, S3/MinIO.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, ADK.

• Analyze data and forecast using AI to detect hidden patterns, predict outcomes, and create strategic recommendations.
• Implement AI solutions to automate routine business tasks.
• Integrate AI capabilities with traditional analytical and BI tools.
• Prepare business and system documentation for designed solutions.
• Define requirements using User Stories and acceptance criteria, model business processes with BPMN and UML.
• Participate in UX/UI acceptance processes and co-create product backlog with Scrum team, including creating Jira tasks.
• Conduct and participate in analytical workshops and meetings with architects, analysts, product owners, and domain experts.
• Create and maintain analytical documentation and report task progress.
