Senior Fullstack (Python +React) Developer

RITS Software House, part of RITS Group, is a dynamically growing IT company delivering high-quality software for both the Polish and international markets.

• At least 3 years of experience programming in Python
• Minimum 2 years working with the Django framework
• At least 3 years of experience with React.js and frontend technologies including JavaScript, Redux, CSS, React Native, jQuery
• Knowledge of version control systems such as GIT
• Experience writing unit, functional, and end-to-end tests
• Good knowledge of SQL and REST API
• Ability to use technical documentation in English
• Analytical thinking and independence in problem-solving

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA
• Experience with PostgreSQL database
• Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, TeamCity)
• Experience with error monitoring (Sentry)
• Experience with code review platforms (Gerrit, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab)
• Experience with automated testing tools (Playwright, Cypress)
• Experience with Linux system

• Designing and implementing software using Python, Django, and React.js
• Co-creating ideas and planning new modules and functionalities
• Optimizing and improving the performance of existing systems
• Enhancing deployed solutions in terms of efficiency and modern technologies
• Verifying software quality through tests and code reviews
