Middle Fullstack Developer (Python+React)

RITS Software House, part of RITS Group, is a rapidly growing IT company delivering high-quality software solutions to clients in Poland and worldwide. The team is based in Warsaw and works in a modern environment.

• Very good practical knowledge of Python
• Experience working with TypeScript and React
• Knowledge of programming best practices and design patterns
• Ability to work with REST API, especially FastAPI
• Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or others)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment
• Experience with GitLab, Jira, and Confluence
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools
• Analytical thinking and quick learning of new technologies
• Independence and creativity in solving technical challenges

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Rust
• Experience with Google BigQuery and analytics on GCP
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Podman) and Kubernetes

• Creating and developing containerized backend applications in Python running on Kubernetes in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Designing and implementing user interfaces using TypeScript and React
• Working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues to maintain high application quality
• Writing unit and integration tests for developed code
• Reviewing code written by other team members (code review)
• Active participation in daily meetings and other SCRUM ceremonies
