ASUS is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth of its AI, HPC, and storage infrastructure solutions across Poland & CEE (Central and Eastern Europe). This role focuses on developing enterprise and public sector accounts, building partner-led pipeline, and supporting the execution of complex infrastructure deals involving GPU, compute, and storage architectures.


Wymagania

Market & Ecosystem Requirements:

  • Experience working in the Polish and CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) enterprise, public sector, and cloud service provider market.
  • Experience engaging with cloud providers and partner ecosystems (e.g., NVIDIA partner network).
  • Strong familiarity with EU Public Procurement Tenders, GDPR, and the evolving EU AI Act compliance standards.
  • Existing network within the regional and local partner ecosystems is advantageous.

Required Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT infrastructure or data center solutions.
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder and technically complex sales cycles.
  • Exposure to partner-led or indirect sales models.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Languages: Native or professional fluency in Polish and professional fluency in English. Proficiency in Ukrainian is a significant plus.

Technical & Domain Background:

  • Working knowledge of data center infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of AI / HPC environments or data-intensive workloads.
  • Ability to engage with technical teams and position solution components (compute, GPU, storage) in a business context.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with GPU ecosystems (e.g. NVIDIA).
  • Familiarity with one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Experience collaborating with system integrators or channel partners in enterprise projects.

Obowiązki

  • Develop and manage enterprise and public sector accounts across Poland & CEE (Central and Eastern Europe).
  • Identify and qualify opportunities in AI, HPC, and data-intensive infrastructure environments.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, supporting deal progression and closure.
  • Support complex sales cycles involving technical, procurement, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with system integrators, channel partners, and cloud providers to drive co-sell opportunities.
  • Work with pre-sales teams to develop solution proposals and support technical validation across compute, GPU, and storage.
  • Contribute to account planning and execution strategies.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and pipeline targets.
