• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High level of responsibility, engagement, and self-organization.
• Perform tasks according to established procedures and rules.
• Punctuality.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Support clients in hardware management.
• Handle incidents in the client's ticketing system.
• Ensure continuity of assigned services and processes.
• Manage receipt and installation of hardware orders.
• Maintain optimal functionality and condition of assigned hardware components.
• Supervise end-user infrastructure including workstations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Ensure the highest quality of provided services.
