Digital Manufacturing Connectivity & Application Senior Manager

• Ability to understand and lead technical topics while communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Digital Manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience integrating and maintaining MES and SCADA systems connected to shopfloor equipment.
• 3+ years of experience with PLC programming (e.g. Siemens S7 / TIA Portal).
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as MQTT, OPC-UA, REST APIs, SQL databases, Docker, and .NET.
• Experience using Grafana for dashboards, alerting, and data visualization.
• Willingness to be hands-on and continuously learn new technologies.
• Occasional business travel (up to 3 days per month).
• Business-level proficiency in English is required.

• Act as a subject matter expert for shopfloor equipment connectivity and standardization.
• Define, validate, and roll out a global Digital Manufacturing architecture enabling end-to-end convergence between IT and OT.
• Define and validate global technology standards for digital manufacturing (interfaces, integration concepts, protocols).
• Contribute to the technical design of how digital applications (e.g. MES and related systems) integrate with shopfloor equipment.
• Co-develop engineering specifications for new equipment to ensure standardization is embedded in expansion projects.
• Support internal and external teams through training and hands-on knowledge transfer.
• Create technical documentation and how-to guides to support global rollouts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, OT, and business teams to ensure compliance with Danone IT and security standards.
• Work with the Digital Manufacturing team to scout new digital solutions and support PoCs and pilots.
• Support global roll-outs of standardized shopfloor connectivity within programs such as MES deployment, Digital Manufacturing Acceleration Program, and Advanced Scheduling.
