Mid/Senior Fullstack Developer (Java + Cobol)

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a programmer.
• Proficiency in Java programming and mainframe technologies (COBOL).
• Ability to solve technical problems independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., IntelliJ, ArgoCD, OpenShift).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of control attestations and their significance in software development.
• Experience in the banking sector or very good knowledge of banking processes and systems.
• 4 years of experience in a similar position.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions in Java and COBOL technologies.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to define, design, and implement new functionalities.
• Ensuring high performance, quality, and reliability of created applications.
• Independently analyzing and solving complex technical problems.
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
