Mid level requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of commercial backend development experience
• Very good knowledge of Java 21+
• Practical experience with Spring Boot 3.x
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Knowledge of OpenAPI and system integrations
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Knowledge of Maven or similar build tools
• English language proficiency minimum B2

Senior level requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of commercial backend development experience
• All Mid level requirements
• Experience designing distributed systems
• Production ownership and incident resolution
• Experience leading technology migrations
• Mentoring juniors and mids
• Very good knowledge of API design, integrations, and event-driven architecture
• English language proficiency minimum B2

Nice to have:

• Commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript (strongly preferred)
• Experience with Express, Fastify, or NestJS
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform

• Collaborate as Senior or Mid Backend Developer (Java) with AI for a client in the telecommunications industry
• Work on long-term cooperation projects
• Design and develop REST APIs
• Implement system integrations using OpenAPI
• Develop event-driven architecture
• Write unit and integration tests
• Perform monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Implement security using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT
• Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Use Maven or similar build tools
• For Senior level: design distributed systems, take production ownership, resolve production incidents, lead technology migrations, and mentor junior and mid-level developers
