• 8+ years of experience in technical/leadership roles
• Strong experience in designing and implementing cloud/data-driven solutions
• Very good knowledge of Azure and DevOps practices
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Databricks and Power BI deployments
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure Data Engineering tools including Databricks (Notebooks, Workflows, DLT, ML), Azure Data Factory, SQL, ADLS, Power BI/Fabric/Power Platform
• English language proficiency at least B2 level
• Polish language proficiency

• Making critical architectural decisions for the Finance Analytics team
• Designing modular, scalable, and future-proof solutions
• Partnering with technical leaders to drive best practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and automated deployments
• Developing and maintaining tools, dashboards, and data-driven applications
• Coaching the team and removing roadblocks to ensure delivery success
• Actively supporting Agile delivery while ensuring quality, security, and reliability
