QA Engineer (junior/junior+)

March Networks is a growing global technology company focused on building complex data-driven applications, including Searchlight Cloud, with interdisciplinary scrum teams.

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience as a QA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a similar technical University degree, or equivalent courses.
• Familiarity with Python and TypeScript at least on a basic level.
• Excellent knowledge of testing theory.
• Holistic approach to the product.
• Fluent Polish.
• English minimum B1.
• Ability to work at least 3 days a week from the office in Gliwice.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Postman, Playwright, TestRail, Pytest.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Usage of AI tools in daily work.
• Experience with REST API.
• Experience working in agile methodologies.

• Work in 2-week sprints within a scrum team of backend developers, frontend developers, and QA.
• Assist with building data-driven applications.
• Use testing tools and define and support QA strategies.
• Perform both manual (50%) and automated (50%) testing.
• Write testing scenarios as part of daily responsibilities.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Agile, and Scrum.

• Ability to work at least 3 days a week from the office in Gliwice is required.
