• Proactive in identifying risks and addressing issues promptly

• Lead ATG pre-sales and projects
• Contribute actively to accounts development
• Establish consistent project management processes
• Leverage best applicable practices and processes determined by SDO, QMO, PMO, and BAO
• Plan, estimate, and be responsible for solution scope, timeline, and budget
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Provide project status reports to stakeholders
• Manage stakeholders' and clients' expectations, monitor satisfaction, and facilitate project-related communication
• Lead implementation teams and deliverables within scope, schedule, budget, and people constraints
• Control project quality
• Ensure effectiveness of project team structure
• Plan iterations, milestones, and demos; interact with stakeholders to resolve blockers
