• Experience in conducting business analysis
• Knowledge of mortgage processes
• Ability to model and optimize business processes
• Experience creating use cases and analyses
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools
• Ability to define business requirements in backlog form
• Higher education (economic or technical)
• Communication skills in English

• Work on projects in the banking sector
• Conduct business analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements
• Model and optimize business processes
• Create and manage Product Backlog according to Agile methodologies
• Participate in business workshops and project agreements
• Prepare analytical documentation, use cases, and quantitative analyses
• Visualize solution concepts (e.g., mockups)
• Use tools such as Jira and Confluence in daily work
• Work in a hybrid model: 2 days per week in the Warsaw office
