Cloud DevOps Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ideally GKE, covering deployments, networking (services/ingress), config secrets, and troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise in Java and Python microservice deployment in Kubernetes environments.
• Practical experience with Grafana observability stack for monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
• Strong skills in CI/CD automation for containerized workloads.
• Solid experience with Terraform or other IaC tools for infrastructure automation.
• Delivery-driven mindset, balancing speed, reliability, and security in global-scale environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively across regions.

• Engineer and maintain a strategic platform on GCP/GKE to onboard 100+ microservices.
• Partner with development teams to migrate applications to Kubernetes, including deployment optimization, configuration, and operational readiness.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines for containerized workloads, covering build, test, security scanning, deployment, and rollback strategy.
• Implement robust observability solutions (metrics, logging, and distributed tracing) using the Grafana stack (Prometheus/Loki/Tempo) with dashboards, alerts, and SLO-based monitoring.
• Provide production-lifecycle support: incident triage, root cause analysis, and prevention measures.
• Apply best practices in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for environment provisioning and automation.
• Promote reliability engineering through proactive platform improvements and debt reduction.
• Ensure compliance with security controls, operational guidelines, and cloud-native best practices.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams, conduct knowledge sharing and enablement sessions, and drive DevOps maturity.
