Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Platform Scalability)

• Several years of experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience in monitoring, container orchestration, and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (Java/Kotlin or Node.js)
• Understanding of distributed and scalable system design principles
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Interest in automation and process optimization
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
• Proficient communication skills in English (minimum B2+)

• Participation in a fintech project focused on microservices scalability, cost optimization (FinOps), and AWS cloud solutions
• Using AWS (ECS, Fargate, Lambda), Terraform, Python, Datadog, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Designing and implementing monitoring practices (SLI, SLO, SLA)
• Developing and optimizing infrastructure autoscaling solutions
• Collaborating with development teams on system scalability and performance
• Developing internal tools (monitoring, developer portal, load testing)
• Conducting chaos engineering experiments to increase system resilience
• Optimizing infrastructure and service costs (FinOps)
• Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer tools
