Senior React Team Lead

Project description: One of the largest e-commerce platforms in Europe, used daily by millions of users. The platform connects sellers—from small businesses to global brands—with customers, offering a wide product selection, fast deliveries, and a refined shopping experience. The team develops scalable systems with very high traffic, working based on data and experiments, fostering autonomy, responsibility, and real impact on product development and shopping in the region.

You will join a team building a new platform for planning and launching advertising campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously, used by the largest market brands. On the frontend, you will develop a modern React web application responsible for campaign management, budgets, reporting, and integrations with advertising systems via extensive APIs. The project requires creating efficient, scalable user interfaces and working with large data sets in near real-time. The environment demands high quality, security, and deployment automation.

• Several years of experience developing web applications in React (minimum 4–5 years).
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend ecosystem.
• Experience with tools such as Redux, React Query, or other state management libraries.
• Knowledge of component design principles, frontend architecture, and best practices (SOLID, clean code).
• Ability to work with REST API and GraphQL.
• Understanding of web application performance topics (profiling, lazy loading, rendering optimization).
• Comfortable working in a team and participating in technical discussions.
• Willingness to share knowledge and support other team members.

• Develop and maintain the frontend React application.
• Create scalable components and ensure UI consistency.
• Collaborate with backend teams on integrations via REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize application performance and work on UX for large data sets.
• Participate in technical discussions, propose improvements and best practices.
