AI Enablement Manager

• 4+ years in technical program management, business operations, Chief of Staff, or similar cross-functional coordination roles in a technology company
• Proven ability to integrate departments and drive cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders at different seniority levels
• Moderate to advanced project and program management skills
• Excellent document organization and structuring skills; experience organizing AI knowledge bases or institutional memory is highly appreciated
• Power-user proficiency with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor)
• Hands-on passion for designing and improving personal agentic workflows
• Broad organizational outlook with understanding of Legal, Finance, People, IT, Delivery, BizDev, and L&D functions
• Strong understanding of AI's impact on knowledge work and software delivery, including limitations and cautions
• Excellent self-prioritization and self-management skills
• Communicative, positive, and resilient under high-tempo, high-ambiguity conditions
• Technical background or active technical curiosity is highly desired; strong humanitarian backgrounds with analytical and operational capabilities are also welcome
• Fast learner who stays current on AI without being distracted by hype

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in custom software services, consulting, or technology-led organizations
• Exposure to engineering or delivery environments (SDLC, Agile, DevOps)
• Experience working directly with senior leadership as an integrator, Chief of Staff, or senior program lead
• Familiarity with OKR / structured planning frameworks
• Experience coordinating with IT/InfoSec on tooling governance and policy

• Coordinate AI-related efforts across Business Units, delivery teams, BizDev, People, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment and unblock horizontal initiatives
• Own corporate data regarding AI adoption, collecting, maintaining, and reporting metrics reflecting real usage
• Co-organize AI events such as internal demos, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops
• Identify, engage, and maintain a pool of AI Champions who lead by example and multiply adoption
• Shape AI governance projects from early vision to execution-ready state with clear scope, owners, dependencies, and success criteria
• Popularize AI opportunities inside SPD by connecting people and surfacing use cases
• Own end-to-end execution tracking and reporting of the AI strategy, maintaining planning structure and operating cadence
• Identify risks and blockers across AI adoption initiatives and drive mitigation with functional owners
• Scale AI experience across the organization by capturing lessons and packaging them into reusable artifacts
• Partner with IT on AI tooling lifecycle, policy, and procurement, and with L&D on AI learning programs
• Maintain a well-structured, AI-amplified knowledge base of the AI Office including documents, decisions, playbooks, and references
