Senior Python Developer (part-time)

Monterail is a team of developers and designers building software for clients globally, with expertise in web development and UX design. They serve businesses of all sizes across continents and sectors including fintech, proptech, wellness, and eCommerce.

• Extensive experience with Python, specifically Django, Wagtail, and Celery.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including Fargate and ECS; Lambda and Cognito are a plus.
• Familiarity with Terraform is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage and enhance complex systems (Wagtail CMS / Django wrappers).
• Fluency in both Polish and English for effective team and client collaboration.

• Work closely with the client and the team to build and maintain web applications for the parenting and childcare sector.
• Manage and enhance three websites built on Wagtail with React & Next.js frontends.
• Handle new feature development, ongoing maintenance, and bug fixes to ensure maximum platform stability.
• Develop and optimize services tailored for the marketing department.
• Ensure seamless communication with the client's CRM through a dedicated Django-based wrapper.
