Senior Python Developer (part-time)

Monterail is a team of developers and designers building software for clients globally, with expertise in web development and product/UX design. They serve businesses of all sizes across continents and sectors including fintech, proptech, wellness, and eCommerce.

• Extensive experience with Python, specifically Django, Wagtail, and Celery.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including Fargate and ECS; Lambda and Cognito are a plus.
• Familiarity with Terraform is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage and enhance complex systems (Wagtail CMS / Django wrappers).
• Fluency in both Polish and English for effective team and client collaboration.

• Work closely with the client and the team to build and maintain web applications for the parenting and childcare sector.
• Manage and enhance three websites built on Wagtail with React & Next.js frontends.
• Handle new feature development, ongoing maintenance, and bug fixes to ensure platform stability.
• Develop and optimize services tailored for the marketing department.
• Ensure seamless communication with the client's CRM through a dedicated Django-based wrapper.
