Lead Cyber Security Analyst (Cloud / CNAPP)

The company is focused on enhancing cybersecurity for large-scale cloud environments through a strategic initiative called CNAPP (Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform), aimed at protecting cloud infrastructure and applications across the organization.

• Around 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Background in incident response, threat hunting, or detection engineering
• Experience working with logs and large datasets (e.g. SIEM platforms)
• Ability to think like an attacker and understand modern threat techniques
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, serverless)
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in international environments
• Clear and effective communication of complex technical topics

• Design and develop threat detection mechanisms across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, and others)
• Analyze logs and security data to identify suspicious activity and potential threats
• Perform threat hunting — proactively searching for hidden threats before they become incidents
• Continuously improve and optimize cloud security tools and processes
• Identify visibility gaps and propose solutions to strengthen detection capabilities
• Support complex security incidents as a senior escalation point (3rd line)
• Collaborate with global teams and share knowledge on emerging threats and attack techniques
• Translate business needs into practical technical security solutions
• Track and communicate the effectiveness of security efforts using KPIs
